These are the rules for using Padel Instinct. By signing in and using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Padel Instinct is a padel tactics training web app at padelinstinct.com. Coaches build drills in Coach Studio at studio.padelinstinct.com. padelinstinct.com is operated by Nikita Bobrovskiy (self-employed).

Your account

You sign in with Google. You need to be signed in to use the app. Keep your account yours and do not share it. Email support@afluento.com if you need help.

Plans and payment

• The included plan gives you one drill per day.
• The full plan is €9 per week.
• Payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
• You can cancel any time. Your access runs to the end of the paid period.

Coach content

Coaches keep ownership of the drills they create. By publishing a drill, a coach grants Padel Instinct a license to host it and show it to users.

Fair use

Use the app for your own training. Do not copy, resell, or misuse other people's drills or the service itself.

No guarantees

Padel Instinct helps you practice, but we do not promise any sporting result. The app is training help, not medical advice.

Limit of liability

Where the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Where this applies

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date at the top.
